Rachel is an Illustrator and Print designer based in Manchester, UK. Inspired by everyday joys and new experiences, she creates vibrant designs that delight both adults and children.
After completing her degree in Graphic Design and Illustration in 2016, Rachel spent over four years as an in-house designer for a greetings company. In 2021, she completed a PGCE in Art and Design Education and briefly taught art before returning to her true passion. Since 2023, she has worked as a freelance designer on projects in fabrics, homeware, childrenswear, greetings, and stationery.
Outside of design, Rachel enjoys crafting, filling her sketchbook, and creating handmade items like embroidered art, macramé, collages, and ceramics. Her Instagram, @thehappylittlemaker, reflects her love of making and creating.
